Ingredients
- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Thin coconut milk - 1 cup
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- For marination: -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1 tsp
- Onion - 3 nos
- Shallots(optional) - 5 nos
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Marinate cleaned mutton pieces with all the powders and lemon juice for 2 hrs.
- Add cooking oil to a thick-bottomed vessel and saute onions, green chillies and curry leaves, followed by ginger and garlic.
- When it is nicely done, add mutton pieces, tomato and stir well.
- Keep stirring in between, till mutton pieces get cooked well.
- Check the amount of salt, you can add 1/2 tsp pepper powder at the end for an added flavour.
