Soak soya chunks in water for 30 -45 minutes.
Drain it and cut the soya chunk into 2 pieces.
Mix gram flour, chilly powder, pepper powder and required salt.
Add water to the above mixture and prepare a thick batter.
Dip soya chunks in this batter and deep fry it.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies and saute well for 5-6 minutes.
Add capsicum, tomato and stir till tomato is mashed.
Add chilly sauce and tomato sauce or chilly tomato sauce and mix well.
:- Add some water if required.
To this add the fried soya and mix well.
