Soya chunks manjurian in chinese style

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Soya chunks
  • 50 g Gram flour Kadala mavu
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 2 nos Onion chopped, medium size
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped, small size
  • Sauce As reqd, tomato/chilly
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper powder little

Instructions
 

  • Soak soya chunks in water for 30 -45 minutes.
  • Drain it and cut the soya chunk into 2 pieces.
  • Mix gram flour, chilly powder, pepper powder and required salt.
  • Add water to the above mixture and prepare a thick batter.
  • Dip soya chunks in this batter and deep fry it.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies and saute well for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add capsicum, tomato and stir till tomato is mashed.
  • Add chilly sauce and tomato sauce or chilly tomato sauce and mix well. :- Add some water if required.
  • To this add the fried soya and mix well.
  • :- Chilly Soya is ready!!! :- Enjoy the Chilly Soya!!!
