Ingredients
- Soya chunks - 200 g
- Gram flour(Kadala mavu) - 50 g
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Onion(chopped, medium size) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Capsicum(chopped, small size) - 1 no
- Sauce(As reqd, tomato/chilly) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper powder(little) -

Instructions
- Soak soya chunks in water for 30 -45 minutes.
- Drain it and cut the soya chunk into 2 pieces.
- Mix gram flour, chilly powder, pepper powder and required salt.
- Add water to the above mixture and prepare a thick batter.
- Dip soya chunks in this batter and deep fry it.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies and saute well for 5-6 minutes.
- To this add the fried soya and mix well.
