Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Tomato cut into small pieces
  • 10 nos Garlic pods Grind the garlic pod
  • Tamarind as reqd, puli
  • 3 glass Water
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • Salt as reqd
  • Coriander leaves as reqd
  • 3 nos Red chillies
  • 1 stem Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Splutter mustard seeds followed by red chillies and curry leaves.
  • To this add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add Garlic pods, pepper powder, Tamarind paste and salt.
  • Boil it for 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • :- Rasam is ready!!! :- Serve Rasam with Rice!!
