Ingredients
- Tomato(cut into small pieces) - 1 no
- Garlic pods(Grind the garlic pod) - 10 nos
- Tamarind(as reqd, puli) -
- Water - 3 glass
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(as reqd) -
- Red chillies - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 1 stem
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Splutter mustard seeds followed by red chillies and curry leaves.
- To this add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Garlic pods, pepper powder, Tamarind paste and salt.
- Boil it for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- :- Rasam is ready!!! :- Serve Rasam with Rice!!
