Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Eggs boiled
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 1 no Tomato big
  • Ginger garlic paste - few
  • 3-4 nos Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Chilly powder as reqd
  • Pepper powder as reqd
  • Turmeric powder as reqd
  • Garam Masala
  • Chaat Masala
  • Salt as reqd
  • 1-2 tbsp Oil
  • Mustard seeds few

Instructions
 

  • Heat Oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Add the onions and fry well.
  • Add chillies and tomato and fry well till it becomes soft.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, pepper and salt as required.
  • Chop the coriander leaves and add it together with water (as required) and boil well with lid closed.
  • After 2-3 mins add the boiled eggs and boil well.
  • Take off the stove and garnish well with coriander leaves.
  • :- Egg Kurma is ready!!! :- Egg Kurma...serve hot!!!
