Instructions
Heat Oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add the onions and fry well.
Add chillies and tomato and fry well till it becomes soft.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, pepper and salt as required.
Chop the coriander leaves and add it together with water (as required) and boil well with lid closed.
After 2-3 mins add the boiled eggs and boil well.
Take off the stove and garnish well with coriander leaves.
