Ingredients
- Eggs(boiled) - 3 nos
- Onion(big) - 1 no
- Tomato(big) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - few) -
- Green chillies - 3-4 nos
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Chilly powder(as reqd) -
- Pepper powder(as reqd) -
- Turmeric powder(as reqd) -
- Garam masala -
- Chaat masala -
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds(few) -

Instructions
- Heat Oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
- Add the onions and fry well.
- Add chillies and tomato and fry well till it becomes soft.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, pepper and salt as required.
- Chop the coriander leaves and add it together with water (as required) and boil well with lid closed.
- After 2-3 mins add the boiled eggs and boil well.
- Take off the stove and garnish well with coriander leaves.
