Ingredients
- Cauliflower(separated into small florets) - 4 cups
- Ginger(minced add more if you like ginger flavor) - 2 tsp
- garlic(minced) - 1 tbsp
- Maida(all purpose flour) - 3 tbsp
- Corn flour - 2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
For Sauting:
- Red onion(diced) - 1 nos
- Green Bell Pepper(diced) - 1 nos
- Green chillies(slitted and cut in halves) - 2 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green spring onions(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Oil(to saute) - 3 tbsp
- Oil(for frying) - 2 cups

Instructions
- Drain the water completely and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- Mix maida, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, white pepper powder, ginger garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and ajinomoto in a bowl.
- Make a thick paste and add cauliflower and toss in to coat it with the paste.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wide saucepan on high flame.
- Toss everything and mix well for few minutes until the masala becomes dry.
- Finally add the green onions and lower the heat to low flame.
- Keep stirring for another couple of minutes, then set aside.
- :- Garnish the Gobi Manchurian Dry with chopped coriander leaves!!!
- :- Gobi Manchurian Dry is ready!!
- :- Serve Vegetable Gobi Manchurian Dry with Vegetable Fried Rice for a satisfying meal!
