Rajma Masala - North Indian Style
Easy to make North Indian Style Rajma Masala curry

Rajma

Onion

Tomato
1

Ginger
Garlic
few pods

Green Chillies
Cumin seeds
few
1/2
tbsp
Turmeric powder
1/2
tbsp
Chilly powder
1/2
tbsp
Coriander powder
1/2
tbsp
Pepper powder
Instructions
Soak rajma in
water
overnight.
Add
salt
and
water
to Rajma and pressure cook. Do not discard the
water
after pressure cooking.
Grind
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
,
tomato
and chillies into a paste.
Put
oil
in a kadhai and splutter
cumin seeds
.
Add the paste into it and saute very well.
Add
turmeric powder
, chilly powder,
coriander powder
and
pepper powder
.
Add the
water
in which rajma was cooked.
Once it is boiled well add the rajma and cook till it forms a good thick gravy. Add
salt
if necessary.
:- Garnish the Rajma Masala with coriander leaves!! :- Enjoy Rajma Masala!!!
