Yum Yum Fish
Instead of fish curry and fry, why dont you try fish in someother way

- 1 cup Fish boneless and cut into small cubes or pieces
For the preparation:-
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 no Onion sliced
- 1 no Tomato sliced, small size
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt as reqd
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
Mariante Fish pieces and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion till it become transparent.
Add chilly powder,tumeric and garam masala powder sort it for 5 minutes.
Add fish pieces into it and stir it nicely.
:- Keep it in a low flame and let it cook.
Add salt if needed
:- Already added salt in the marination, so check before add.
Keep it in a low flame till it cooked and dry.
Add chopped coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes.
:- Serve hot!!
:- Salmon,cod fish will be perfect for this recipe.
