Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Onion cut round like onion rings
  • 2 nos Brinjal cut round
  • 1/2 cup Chick pea flour kadalai mavu
  • 5 nos Red dried chilis
  • 4 nos Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • curry leaves fried

Instructions
 

  • First grind red chillies & garlic to a fine paste.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of water & mix well.
  • Deep brinjal pieces in the chili garlic paste & deep fry and Keep aside.
  • Mix chick pea flour (kadalai mavu) with red chili powder, salt & water to make a paste.
  • Deep onion in the paste & fry.
  • Mix fried onions, brinjals & curry leaves to serve.
  • :- This will be a very simple & tasty side dish for your meal.
