Instructions
First grind red chillies & garlic to a fine paste.
Add 2 tablespoon of water & mix well.
Deep brinjal pieces in the chili garlic paste & deep fry and Keep aside.
Mix chick pea flour (kadalai mavu) with red chili powder, salt & water to make a paste.
Deep onion in the paste & fry.
Mix fried onions, brinjals & curry leaves to serve.
