2 nos Onion (cut round like onion rings)2 nos Brinjal (cut round)1/2 cup Chick pea flour (kadalai mavu)5 nos Red dried chilis4 nos Garlic1 tsp Red chilli powder1 tsp Saltcurry leaves (fried) First grind red chillies & garlic to a fine paste.
