Coimbatore Egg Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Egg
  • 2 tsp Sambhar powder
  • 2 tsp Mutton masala powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 no Onion chopped well
  • 400 gms Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil 6 eggs and just cut around the eggs so that when you cook masala blends with egg and not breaks.
  • Fry the onions in oil till gets brown in colour.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till gets cooked well.
  • Add salt and tomatos cook it well for 10 minutes in low heat.
  • Add all the masalas, 2 cups of water and eggs boil it for 20 mins in low heat. :- Stir every 5 mins slowly without breaking the eggs.
  • :- Serve it with rice or chappathi or plain dosa.
