Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms French beans
  • 1 no Onion roughly chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies split in the middle
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • String the beans and slice thinly.
  • Heat oil in a pan, stir in onions fry for a few seconds and add the chillies.
  • Stir in French beans and sautT. Lower the heat, and cook the beans without adding water. (with the lid on)
  • Season with salt and serve.
