- French beans - 200 gms
- Onion(roughly chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(split in the middle) - 2 nos
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(for cooking) - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- String the beans and slice thinly.
- Heat oil in a pan, stir in onions fry for a few seconds and add the chillies.
- Stir in French beans and sautT. Lower the heat, and cook the beans without adding water. (with the lid on)
- Season with salt and serve.
