Kerala Spicy Fish Fry(Meen)

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms King fish
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder kashmiri chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger & garlic paste
  • Fenugreek powder a pinch
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix into a paste all the above ingredients except the fish.
  • Apply the paste to the fish and keep in the fridge to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • When heated, slide the fish slowly and allow to cook on medium heat.
  • When both sides are brown on the outside, lower the flame and cook till done. 6)Remove from the pan and garnish as shown in the picture.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
