Chilly powder
kashmiri chilly

tsp
Turmeric powder
1/2
tsp
Pepper powder
1/2
tsp
Ginger & garlic paste
Fenugreek powder
a pinch
Salt
to taste.
Oil
for shallow frying
Instructions
Mix into a paste all the above ingredients except the fish.
Apply the paste to the fish and keep in the fridge to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a non stick pan.
When heated, slide the fish slowly and allow to cook on medium heat.
When both sides are brown on the outside, lower the flame and cook till done. 6)Remove from the pan and garnish as shown in the picture.
