Soda powder

Instructions
Slice each egg into halves.
Mix the chopped onion, chilli, ginger, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
To this mixture add 1 tbsp of oil and nicely mix it.
Add besan, rice flour and soda powder into the above mixture and make a batter out of that.
Dip each egg piece in the above batter and fry it untill golden brown.
:- Serve with tomato ketchup.
