Egg Bhajji

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Boiled Egg
  • 100 gms Besan
  • 3 tsp Rice flour
  • 1 no Onion small size
  • 2 nos Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 small Ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Soda powder a pinch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice each egg into halves.
  • Mix the chopped onion, chilli, ginger, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  • To this mixture add 1 tbsp of oil and nicely mix it.
  • Add besan, rice flour and soda powder into the above mixture and make a batter out of that.
  • Dip each egg piece in the above batter and fry it untill golden brown.
  • :- Serve with tomato ketchup.
