Ingredients

Egg

gms
Besan
3
tsp
Rice flour
1
no
Onion
small size

nos
Green chilli
finely chopped
1
small
Ginger
finely chopped
1/2
tsp
Chilli powder
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
Soda powder
a pinch
Oil
for frying
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Slice each
egg
into halves.
Mix the chopped
onion
, chilli,
ginger
,
chilli powder
,
garam masala
powder and
salt
.
To this mixture add 1 tbsp of
oil
and nicely mix it.
Add besan, rice flour and soda powder into the above mixture and make a batter out of that.
Dip each
egg
piece in the above batter and fry it untill golden brown.
:- Serve with
tomato
ketchup.
