Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
Add fenugreek seeds, red chilly, curry leaves and fry well.
Add chopped onion and fry till light golden brown colour.
Add ginger, garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute till raw smell goes.
Add chopped onions and saute well till it is cooked.
Add prawns and kudampuli into it and saute for 5 minutes.
Mix half a cup of coconut milk with half a cup of water and pour into it and add required amount of salt.
Simmer and cook for another 20 minutes or till the it is half dry.
Now add the remaining coconut milk and mix well till it it is almost dried.
Add pepper powder, hyme, and coriander leaves .
Switch of the flame and mix it well and keep closed.
