A delecious and mouth watering dish made with prawns

Ingredients
- Chemmeen/prawn - 450 g
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 4 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 8-10 leaves
- Red chilly - 4-5 nos
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Thyme(one pinch) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(few) -
- Kudampuli(Gamboge) - 2 pieces
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.
- Add fenugreek seeds, red chilly, curry leaves and fry well.
- Add chopped onion and fry till light golden brown colour.
- Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute till raw smell goes.
- Add chopped onions and saute well till it is cooked.
- Add prawns and kudampuli into it and saute for 5 minutes.
- Simmer and cook for another 20 minutes or till the it is half dry.
- Add pepper powder, hyme, and coriander leaves .
- Switch of the flame and mix it well and keep closed.
