Wash and drain mutton.
Slice onions, green chillies, tomatoes.
Grind together, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, corriander powder, and garam masala.
In a pressure cooker add all the above with oil and salt.
Mix well with your hands and keep it aside for 10 minutes and pressure cook it for 6 - 7 whistles.
Soak cashew nuts, poppy seeds and grind together with grated coconut to a smooth paste.
Add the cashew paste and add curry leaves and corriander leaves.
:- Serve hot with Rice or breads!!!
