Take a pan, pour oil & add Aniseed (Perinjeerakam), Cinnamon & Cloves.
Chop onions in such a way that you get square pieces.Add onion & saute till the colour changes.
Add the ginger garlic paste & fry for less than a minute and then add tomato.
Once the tomato is cooked well, add Green chilles, Dhania pwder, Chilli pwdr & turmeric powder. Keep stirring for a while till the masala is cooked.
Grind the coconut & roasted gram into a smooth paste.
Add the ground mixture wth the cooked masala.
Also add water & salt accordingly.
Close the pan with a lid & cook it wel for about 5-7mins in low flame.
Finally once cooked garnish wth corriander leaves.
