For preparing the dish, first place the beef pieces in a pressure cooker.
Add all the ingredients except 2 Onions and Beef Masala and mix well.
Keep it marinated for about 10 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water and pressure cook for about 8 minutes after the first whistle.
Heat oil in a kadai, add the onions and curry leaves.
Add beef masala and saute till the onions start to brown.
Stir in the cooked beef mixture to the pan, and saute on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Take care so that the masala does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Oil should float on the surface of the curry dish.
