boiled and cut into two

Onion
finely chopped

Tomato
finely chopped

Garlic pods
finely chopped

Chilli powder

Turmeric powder
Curry leaves
A few

Instructions
Heat a non stick pan and add oil.
Add garlic and onion.
Fry it well to golden brown.
Add tomato, salt, turmeric, curry leaves and chilli powder.
Cover and cook for 5 mins.
:- Do not add water. The content should shrink.
Add eggs and remove from stove.
:- Instead of boiled egg, egg omelette can also be used
:- Goes well with rice varieties.
