Egg thick gravy
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs boiled and cut into two
- 4 nos Onion finely chopped
- 4 nos Tomato finely chopped
- 4 nos Garlic pods finely chopped
- 4 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves A few
- Salt As reqd
- 100 ml Oil
