Mango Pachadi - Kerala Style

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Raw mango cut into small pieces, big
  • Red dry chilly
  • 2 tsp Bengal gram Kadalaparippu
  • 1/4th of Coconut scraped
  • 3 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 cup Curd

Instructions
 

  • Fry Bengal gram and dry chilly in oil.
  • Grind it with coconut, mustard and salt into a coarse form.
  • Add water and grind to a thick paste.
  • Add handful cut mango and grind coarsely.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard and curry leaves and pour the paste into it and switch off the stove.
  • Add curd on top of it and mix well.
  • Add the left over mangoes and mix well.
  • :- Goes well with rice.
