Curry with Toor dal,Tomato and Drumstick

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Toor dal
  • 4 nos Tomato
  • 2 nos Drumstick
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chillipowder
  • Salt as reqd
  • 2 nos Green Chilly
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 springs Curry leaves
  • 2 nos Red Chillies

Instructions
 

  • First cook the dal in a pressure cooker not as smashy.
  • In another pot put tomato,green chilly,drumstick and add all powders,salt and water enough to cook.
  • Grind coconut with cumin seeds.
  • When the tomato and Drumstick is coked add the Dal and grinded coconut into this and mix it well with out boil the curry.Switch off the fire.
  • Heat a pan and pour oil into it.Splutter mustard seeds add red chilly and the curry leaves.
  • Pour this on the top of the curry and serve it with chapathi and rice.
