Curry with Toor dal,Tomato and Drumstick

- 3/4 cup Toor dal
- 4 nos Tomato
- 2 nos Drumstick
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chillipowder
- Salt as reqd
- 2 nos Green Chilly
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Cumin seed
- 1 tsp Mustard seed
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 springs Curry leaves
- 2 nos Red Chillies
First cook the dal in a pressure cooker not as smashy.
In another pot put tomato,green chilly,drumstick and add all powders,salt and water enough to cook.
Grind coconut with cumin seeds.
When the tomato and Drumstick is coked add the Dal and grinded coconut into this and mix it well with out boil the curry.Switch off the fire.
Heat a pan and pour oil into it.Splutter mustard seeds add red chilly and the curry leaves.
Pour this on the top of the curry and serve it with chapathi and rice.
