3/4 cup Toor dal4 nos Tomato2 nos Drumstick1/2 tsp Turmeric1 tsp ChillipowderSalt (as reqd)2 nos Green Chilly1 cup Coconut (grated)1 tsp Cumin seed1 tsp Mustard seed2 tbsp Oil2 springs Curry leaves2 nos Red Chillies First cook the dal in a pressure cooker not as smashy.In another pot put tomato,green chilly,drumstick and add all powders,salt and water enough to cook.Grind coconut with cumin seeds.When the tomato and Drumstick is coked add the Dal and grinded coconut into this and mix it well with out boil the curry.Switch off the fire.Heat a pan and pour oil into it.Splutter mustard seeds add red chilly and the curry leaves.Pour this on the top of the curry and serve it with chapathi and rice.
