Aloo Methi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Methi leafs uluva
  • 2 nos Potato cut in cubes, medium size
  • 1 no Tomato chopped, small
  • 3 nos Garlic pods chopped
  • 4 nos Green chilly chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped, big
  • Masalas
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Chilly powder as reqd
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat pan and put oil into which put chopped onion, garlic, chilly etc one by one.
  • When onion gets transparent put potato and pinch of salt cook covered untill half done in low flame.
  • Once done put the masala powders and methi leaf and cook.
  • When potato and methi get cooked, nice aroma will comes at that stage put tomato, and again close for 5 minutes.
  • Finally take out from flame and serve hot with puri, rotis, chappati, parathas...etc
