Goa Crab Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Crab
  • 1 small Tamarind
  • 3 cups Coconut milk
  • Water As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

For preparing paste:

  • 5-6 nos Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp Khuskhus
  • 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds soaked in water for few mins, Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 pod Garlic
  • Ginger medium piece
  • 1 medium Big onion

Instructions
 

  • Grind all the items under paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add ground paste and saute till raw smell disappears.
  • Add tamarind, required water and salt.
  • When it boils, add the crab pieces and saute well.
  • When the crab is half cooked, add coconut milk and cook till crab is fully done.
  • :- Tasty crab curry is ready!
