Mughlai Mutton Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kg Mutton 3/4 boiled
  • 100 ml Butter or oil
  • 5 pieces Cardamom
  • 4 pieces Cloves
  • 1 piece Bay leaves
  • 5 pieces Black pepper corn
  • 2 Tsp Mint leaves
  • 5Pc Green Chilli
  • 3 tsp Ginger paste
  • 3 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmaric powder
  • 2 tsp Corionder powder
  • 5 pieces Curry leaves optional
  • 4 nos Onion chopped, large
  • 2 tbsp Fenugreek leaves Dry or Fresh
  • 1 Ltr Full cream milk
  • 100 gm Cashownut paste
  • 50 ml Fresh cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil or butter in a pan.
  • Add whole garam masala fry for 3 minutes.saute the mint & fenugreek leaves lightly,
  • saute the onions till golden brown.
  • Add the ginger & garlic paste and fry till the raw small goes.
  • Add chilly, corionder, cumin, turmaric & garam masala powder, and stair lightly.
  • Add boiled mutton and fry 2 minutes more now add milk & cashownut paste and bring to boil.
  • Seasoning with salt and finish with cream.
  • Garnish with corionder leaves.
