Cut the cauliflower florets into medium sizes and immerse it in hot salt water for about an hour and drain.
In a tablespoon of oil, saute finely sliced onions, green chillies for about 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, salt & the florets and saute well.
Reduce the flame and cook covered.
:-Do not add water, if required, just sprinkle water in between. Also, take care for the florets to not to be over cooked, it should be a bit crunchy.
Add pepper powder to taste and curry leaves and toss well.
