Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 nos Brinjal medium size Kathirikka
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the brinjals into thin slices in oval/round shape.
  • Mix chilly, turmeric, pepper powders and salt .
  • Marinate the brinjal pieces with the above mixture and keep it aside for 1/2 hour. Note:- There should not be any water content in the mixture
  • Heat oil in a flat frying pan.
  • Put the marinated pieces and fry in low flame. Turn the pieces upside down when one portion is done, just like frying fish.
  • Fry until the desired crispness is achieved. :- Some may like it soft and some may like it crisp. Take care not to burn the pieces
  • :- Serve hot with rice
