Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cauliflower medium
  • 2 tsp Maida
  • 4 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt Your Option
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • Curry leaves or Coriander leaves
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 nos Spring onion
  • 2 nos Green chillies

Instructions
 

  • Take a medium sized cauliflower.
  • Cut into florets and remove the stalk.
  • Place them in a bowl.
  • To it, add maida, corn flour and egg white and mix well.
  • Add soya sauce, pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Add water if reqd.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil.
  • In a pan, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour paste or liquid.
  • Heat it for a minute.
  • Add chilli powder, sugar and salt and heat for one minute.
  • :- Serve with fried curry leaves and long sliced onions or spring onions with the greens well chopped.
