Take a medium sized cauliflower.
Cut into florets and remove the stalk.
Place them in a bowl.
To it, add maida, corn flour and egg white and mix well.
Add soya sauce, pepper powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Add water if reqd.
Deep fry it in hot oil.
In a pan, put chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, corn flour paste or liquid.
Heat it for a minute.
Add chilli powder, sugar and salt and heat for one minute.
:- Serve with fried curry leaves and long sliced onions or spring onions with the greens well chopped.
