Cut ginger, garlic and onions into small pieces.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry ginger, garlic and onion till light brown.
Add all the powders and fry for 1 min.
Add water + tamarind paste and let it boil.
Add fish, cover the pan with a lid and cook it on low flame.
:- Do not stir too much after adding fish.
When fish is properly done, add curry leaves and coconut milk.
Remove from flame after 2 mins.
