Moong Palak Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Paalak chopped finely
  • 1 cup Moong plain or sprouted
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 4 - Garlic pods crushed
  • 2 - Green chillies crushed
  • 5 - Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Pressure cook the moong adding water up to 3 or 4 whistles until very soft.
  • Take the wheat flour in a bowl.
  • Add palak, garlic, chilliesand all the masalas along with salt.
  • Add the moong and 1 tbsp of oil.
  • Mix the flour well with the ingredients and make a dough adding the leftover water of the boiled moong water if needed.
  • Make a smooth dough.
  • Roll them into rotis and fry them from both sides putting oil.
  • :- Serve them hot with Mint chutney or curds.
