Kerala Prawns Fry with Small Onions, Easy to prepare prawns dish in just 20 minutes. This is a very simple dish with few ingredients.

- 1/2 kg Prawns cleaned & deveined
- 2 cups Small onions sliced, Cheriya ulli
- 5 nos Green chillies sliced to 2 lengthwise
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
- Curry leaves
Cook prawns along with salt, turmeric powder and 2 green chillies in sufficient water.
:- Once done there should not be any left over water.
:- It should not be cooked more than 6 mins as overcooking will make prawns hard.
Heat oil to a pan.
Saute small onions and remaining green chilies for 5 mins.
Add the prawns and curry leaves.
Mix well and saute for 5 more mins on low flame.
:- Serve hot with rice.
