Chicken fried using chilli powder, turmeric, fennel seeds & salt

garlic sauce - 2 small spoons
Garam masala

Curry leaves

Instructions
Pour oil in the cooker.
Add onion, tomato, green chillies, curry leaves, garam masala and salt and fry well until tomatoes are fully cooked.
Add fried chicken, 3 1/2 cups of water, 2 cups of rice and chilli-garlic sauce.
Check salt.
Stir well and close the lid.
Cook upto 1 whistle.
Open when the pressure releases.
:- Serve hot.
