Chicken Rice

My easy rice

Ingredients
  

  • 300 - Fried chicken Chicken fried using chilli powder, turmeric, fennel seeds & salt
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 3 spoons Oil
  • 2 nos Tomato small
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Chilli garlic sauce - 2 small spoons
  • Garam masala A little
  • Curry leaves A little

Instructions
 

  • Pour oil in the cooker.
  • Add onion, tomato, green chillies, curry leaves, garam masala and salt and fry well until tomatoes are fully cooked.
  • Add fried chicken, 3 1/2 cups of water, 2 cups of rice and chilli-garlic sauce.
  • Check salt.
  • Stir well and close the lid.
  • Cook upto 1 whistle.
  • Open when the pressure releases.
  • :- Serve hot.
