Tamilnadu Easy Chicken Curry
Hot n spicy chicken curry for rice, chapathi

- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 1 no Onion big
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Chicken masala any brand
- Oil
- Salt As reqd
- 2 cups Water
- Coriander leaves A few
- Curry leaves A few
Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion pieces and fry them until it turns golden brown.
Add curry leaves and fry.
Add red chilli powder and chicken masala and saute for 2 mins.
Add chicken pieces and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, salt and water.
Mix well, cover and allow it to cook on medium flame for 5 mins.
Open and cook for 2 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
:- Serve with rice and chapathi.
