Ingredients
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Onion(big) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Chicken Masala(any brand) - 2 tbsp
- Oil -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water - 2 cups
- Coriander leaves(A few) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion pieces and fry them until it turns golden brown.
- Add curry leaves and fry.
- Add red chilli powder and chicken masala and saute for 2 mins.
- Add chicken pieces and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and water.
- Mix well, cover and allow it to cook on medium flame for 5 mins.
- Open and cook for 2 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- :- Serve with rice and chapathi.
