Marinate the chicken with 4 tbsp of soya sauce, 3 tbsp of vinegar and 2 tbsp of chilli sauce. Keep it aside for atleast 15 - 20 mins.
Saute the onions till light brown.
Throw in the garlic and green chillies.
Add the rest of the sauces and vinegar 1 table spoon of each.
Stir for 5 mins.
Add the marinated chicken and mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook for 15 mins on medium flame.
Add the crushed pepper, stir again and let it cook uncovered for another 10 mins.
Stir occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Turn off the flame.
:- Serve with basmati rice, chappathi, porotta, or appam, or even idiappams.
Note:- NO Salt needed, unless you are cooking with Sweet Soya Sauce
