Ingredients
- Chicken on the bone - 1 kg
- Onion(finely sliced, large) - 2 nos
- Garlic pods(sliced into thin long slices) - 5 -
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 4 to
- Soya Sauce - 4 to
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce - 3 tbsp
- Black pepper(crushed) - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with 4 tbsp of soya sauce, 3 tbsp of vinegar and 2 tbsp of chilli sauce. Keep it aside for atleast 15 - 20 mins.
- Saute the onions till light brown.
- Throw in the garlic and green chillies.
- Add the rest of the sauces and vinegar 1 table spoon of each.
- Stir for 5 mins.
- Add the marinated chicken and mix thoroughly.
- Cover and cook for 15 mins on medium flame.
- Add the crushed pepper, stir again and let it cook uncovered for another 10 mins.
- Stir occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Turn off the flame.
- :- Serve with basmati rice, chappathi, porotta, or appam, or even idiappams.
- Note:- NO Salt needed, unless you are cooking with Sweet Soya Sauce
