Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Crab
  • 8 nos Pearl onions Kunjulli
  • Ginger crushed) - 1 tbs
  • 2 stems Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 - Green chillies
  • 2 pinch Fennel seeds Perinjeerakam
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Saute crushed pearl onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fennel seeds.
  • Add all spices, tomato and saute well until oil separates.
  • Add crab pieces and water.
  • Cook on medium heat for 15 mins.
  • Stir in between and mix well.
  • If required, add little more water and cook until gravy thickens and well coated with crab pieces.
  • Garnish with curry leaves.
  • :- Yummy crab masala is ready.
