Cut onion and vegetables into small pieces.
Wash rice and drain the water completely.
In a frying pan, saute onion, vegetables, green peas, coriander leaves and rice.
Add required salt.
When rice turns light brown color, put off flame.
Cook the mixture in a electric rice cooker with water.
Open when cooked.
:- When cooked, rice cooker automatically turns to warm.
:- If an Indian cooker is used (the one with a whistle), cook the mixture with water in medium flame for 10 minutes.
