How To Make Kerala Easy Vegatable Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Rice
  • 1/2 of Onion big
  • 10 nos Beans
  • 1 no Carrot big
  • 2 tbsp Green peas
  • Coriander leaves
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 500 gm Water

Instructions
 

  • Cut onion and vegetables into small pieces.
  • Wash rice and drain the water completely.
  • In a frying pan, saute onion, vegetables, green peas, coriander leaves and rice.
  • Add required salt.
  • When rice turns light brown color, put off flame.
  • Cook the mixture in a electric rice cooker with water.
  • Open when cooked.
  • :- When cooked, rice cooker automatically turns to warm.
  • :- If an Indian cooker is used (the one with a whistle), cook the mixture with water in medium flame for 10 minutes.
