200 gm Rice1/2 of Onion (big)10 nos Beans1 no Carrot (big)2 tbsp Green peasCoriander leaves3 nos Green chillies2 tbsp Oil500 gm Water Cut onion and vegetables into small pieces. Wash rice and drain the water completely. In a frying pan, saute onion, vegetables, green peas, coriander leaves and rice. Add required salt.When rice turns light brown color, put off flame.Cook the mixture in a electric rice cooker with water. Open when cooked. :- When cooked, rice cooker automatically turns to warm. :- If an Indian cooker is used (the one with a whistle), cook the mixture with water in medium flame for 10 minutes. Kerala
