- Rice - 200 gm
- Onion(big) - 1/2 of
- Beans - 10 nos
- Carrot(big) - 1 no
- Green peas - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves -
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 500 gm

Instructions
- Cut onion and vegetables into small pieces.
- Wash rice and drain the water completely.
- In a frying pan, saute onion, vegetables, green peas, coriander leaves and rice.
- Add required salt.
- When rice turns light brown color, put off flame.
- Cook the mixture in a electric rice cooker with water.
- Open when cooked.
- :- When cooked, rice cooker automatically turns to warm.
- :- If an Indian cooker is used (the one with a whistle), cook the mixture with water in medium flame for 10 minutes.
