North Indian Carrot Halwa

Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Carrots medium
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 nos Cardamoms Elakka
  • 4 nos Cashewnuts

Instructions
 

  • Clean the carrots and peel off the skin.
  • Grate the carrots and allow to boil it in milk for 20 minutes.
  • Add cardomom powder into it and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add the boiled carrots and sugar into it and and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish it using cashewnuts.
  • :- Serve warm.
  • Carrot halwa is ready!!!!
