5 nos Carrots (medium)200 ml Milk50 ml Ghee2 tbsp Sugar2 nos Cardamoms (Elakka)4 nos Cashewnuts Clean the carrots and peel off the skin.Grate the carrots and allow to boil it in milk for 20 minutes.Add cardomom powder into it and keep aside.Heat ghee in a pan.Add the boiled carrots and sugar into it and and simmer for 10 minutes.Garnish it using cashewnuts.:- Serve warm.Carrot halwa is ready!!!!
