Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds,greenchilly,red chilly,curry leaves in oil and saute for few minutes.
Add grated carrot and beetroot and saute for few minutes.
Off the burner and add 2 cup of yoghurt and mix well.
:- A simple and easy pachadi is ready!!!
