Take a pressure cooker put the cubes of potatoes in to the cooker add water
:- not too much just enough for the baji to not be dry).
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
:- Put a little extra turmeric powder, but don`t put too much just enough for a yellow color.
Add salt and chilies.
let it cook for approximately 5wistles (depending on the pressure cooker)
Take that baji out and drain any exces water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add spluter musted seeds and cumin seeds together.
Add cury leaves red chilies and saute the whole thing till the red chillie puffs up a little and the color changes.
Add this mixture to the presure cooked baji and add a little coconut oil (optional).
:- You can add a little turmeric powder if the baji does not have the yellow color and always adjust salt.
