Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. :- Put a little extra turmeric powder, but don`t put too much just enough for a yellow color.Add salt and chilies.let it cook for approximately 5wistles (depending on the pressure cooker)Take that baji out and drain any exces water.Heat oil in a pan.Add spluter musted seeds and cumin seeds together.Add cury leaves red chilies and saute the whole thing till the red chillie puffs up a little and the color changes.Add this mixture to the presure cooked baji and add a little coconut oil (optional).:- You can add a little turmeric powder if the baji does not have the yellow color and always adjust salt.
